OhMyCart Billing & Refund Policy

The terms below are incorporated into, and form an integral part of OhMyCart’s Terms and Conditions of Service. Unless otherwise mentioned herein, all terms shall have the meaning ascribed them in the Terms andConditions of Service.

Any breach of the terms below will be deemed a material breach of the Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions Fees

All services available at OhMyCart are subject to fees charges for each service type selected. And such fees shall be payable at time of confirmation of subscription at selected payment cycle option by you. 

All Fees are payable in MalaysianRinggit (MYR or RM), unless otherwise specified. 

All fees payment/s shall be transacted directly at our website (www.ohmycart.com.my) checkout system via the available payment options. You understand you will be automatically charged until you validly and officially cancel your subscriptions with OhMyCart. 

Such automatic payment charges shall be conducted on your selected payment options offered by OhMyCart using but not limited to Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard), Debit Cards, Online Banking and any other payment options that will be made available to you from time to time.

2. Applicable Taxes

You understood that all fees paid by you when subscribing to OhMyCart services exclude any taxes or duties implied by the local government and authorities at the country you reside at time of purchases are made with OhMyCart.

 You will be liable to pay for such taxes and/or duties should it become applicable.

3. Non-Refundable

You understood that once you have confirmed and paid for your subscriptions for any products and services withOhMyCart, you are not eligible to request for any refund.

4. Non-Transferable

Subscriptions of products and services at OhMyCart are non-transferable to any other parties other than the party registered during subscription is made.

5. Late Payment

You are required to pay for the fees7-day in advance before the due date of your subscription in order to continue using OhMyCart products and services. In the case fees are remained unpaid upon expiry of your subscriptions, your subscription with OhMyCart will be suspended without any further notice.

Any overdue subscription fees which are remained unpaid for a continuous period of 30-day, such account with OhMyCart shall be terminated without any notice. Any data related to such account shall be removed from the server. OnMyCart will be relieved of any liabilities or obligations of the data removed from server.
